A Story of Czech-Slovak Traditions- Coloring Book

The story and illustrations are based off of the lives and events of the Herold family, my ancestors from Bohemia, present day Czech Republic. In an effort to preserve the rich Czech-Slovak culture and educate others, I was inspired to create this piece upon traveling to my ancestral home and reuniting with family after being separated for five generations. My visit to the Czech Republic was an amazing opportunity to experience the culture first hand and enabled me to learn much more than any textbook could provide.
